B&P adviser to SSM in the sale of 176 residential apartments in Täby, Stockholm
Willhem acquires 176 new apartments under construction in Täby Park. Apart from residential apartments there are premises for retail and preschool purposes. Lettable area totals ~9 742 sq m. Completion is scheduled in 2020/2021.
