B&P adviser to SBB in the acquisition of social infrastructure in Nacka and Östersund from Magnolia.
The projects, structured as forward funding, comprices two elderly care homes with approx. 10,000 s.qm gross area. Completion dates for the projects is estimated to 2021-2022.
