B&P adviser to Nils Ludvigssons Fastigheter in the sale of social infrastructure to SBB
The project comprises 174 residential apartments and elderly care home with 90 apartments. The elderly care home is fully let to Västerås municipality. Completion date for the project is estimated to 2023.
